To publish DNs from the apel client, edit /etc/glite-apel-publisher/publisher-config_yaim.xml:

Change
<JoinProcessor publishGlobalUserName="no">
to
<JoinProcessor publishGlobalUserName="yes">

Please start publishing now but do not republish older data without raising a ticket against the APEL team 
so they can coordinate the load on the central server.
