The ticket has been updated:

The information providers are currently being packaged by IGE. 
They are currently being certified and will be released with the next IGE release IGE 3.2 end of March.
YAIM configuration has been provided.
Installation instructions have been provided.
Initial testing was done.
RPMs are being made.
