The StratusLab will continue to provide support (bug fixes; requests for enhancement; deployment) for StratusLab components used within the EGI ecosystem.  Individual partners within the collaboration will likely ensure that StratusLab cloud sites can integrate with the common EGI services.

Given that StratusLab doesn't have any legal standing itself, the only commitment level possible would be at the "Community" level.  Moving to a "contributed" or "integrated" level would require engagement with a particular partner within the StratusLab community and would likely require direct or indirect funding from some part of the EGI ecosystem.

The StratusLab collaboration currently consists of four institutes (CNRS/LAL/IBCP (FR), TCD (IE), GRNET (GR), SixSq(CH)) with approximately 10 active developers, with several more people who contribute sporadically.

StratusLab primarily targets resource providers looking to deploy a cloud infrastructure.  Two of the partners also provide a StratusLab cloud platform that is targeted directly at scientific and engineering end users.
