The legacy opportunistic usage of resources will be replaced by processes and tools that allow Resource Centres to engage with new user communities by offering resources and services under Operational Level Agreements, where EGI.eu will play the role of broker and mediator between resource providers and user communities. Through this allocation mechanism Resource Centres retain full control of the local allocation policies and of the business model of choice.
