Dear all, The Operations Portal 2.4 will be released on November 17th . This release is essentially based on the update of the prototype of VO ID card Admin section with the feedback from User Community Support Team. The portal is also migrated under the EGI domain. Some features have been updated to take into account the VO : * you can generate the chart of the downtimes impacting a specific Vo * you can see the distribution of the resources of a VO This release is also an upgrade of the regional package. This new package will solve the problem of synchronisation and will trust only information at the regional level. This information is propagated to the central instance . * Migration under the EGI domain * o A new url :https://operations-portal.egi.eu/ o A new support address : ops-portal@mailman.egi.eu * The VO Admin Section * We have improved the ergonomics concerning the pending modifications. The interface is now split into several parts corresponding to the public interfaces: - registration and update of the VO ID Card - And a page permits to change quickly the attribute of a VO ID card or to send a mail to VO Managers * Improvements with the downtime chart * - The number of downtimes is no more restricted to 30 - The downtimes are sorted by dates - You can select a VO to display the downtimes affecting this specific VO * Improvements on the dashboard * - The handover list is now limited by 30 records instead of 10 with an enlarged table - The alarm viewer has been reviewed - you can close it now - The email options is select by default now when you are trying to send a notepad - The metrics table have been optimized and the viewer is now the same than the one used for alarms - you can close it - The cod operators are allowed to change the last escalation step (3d step) into a 2nd step .
