This is a regular, bi-weekly teleconference for those who provide support for users and use cases with the EGI Federated Cloud infrastructure. The meeting is coordinated by the EGI.eu User Community Support Team and involves participants from several NGIs and EGI-related projects.
The goals of the meeting are:
1. Provide updates about currently supported use cases
2. Highlight new use cases and allocate resources for support
3. Discuss centrally provided user support services (high level tools, guides, etc.)
4. Identify bottlenecks, issues and opportunities for improving user support
5. Receive updates from the EGI Federated Cloud Task Force and EGI Operations teams
6. Prepare feedback and requirements for the EGI Federated Cloud Task Force and EGI Operations
