VM management with OCCI moving forward. Organising VM management meeting, closing the Doodle today (Apr14). Rough agenda ready, will be circulated on Wed.

Enol: this activity is missing a leader. Nobody volunteered during the meeting, will circulate a proposal.

Linda: reviewing the document about vulnerability handling

* Operational Status and Issues - Vincenzo Spinoso
Starting VM endorsement for EGI core VMs. Enol/Vincenzo will take care of setting up the procedure to create/update VMs, we still need a contact for technical security aspects, people will be invited to join on lists. A wiki will be set up with details provided during the meeting.

* AOB: Owen: proposal of having an IRC channel during the EGI conference. Mal: there is a jabber available, not IRC. TBD further offline.

owen: IRC is just the standard tool of linux comunities -> but long ago was not used in big labs as servers used to be hacked rto rn irc serfvers

owen: but these days networking is much more advanced

owen: so I no longer see this as an issue
