Report on libraries to access FedCloud (Paolo)
- VM management: library using jOCCI being developed and tested in fedcloud. Most sites working, issues being handled with jOCCI developers. Will start checking contextualization on top of the VMs added to AppDB
- Security: currently using a single identity to access resources. Enol proposes to use PUSP with a robot certificate.
ACTION (Enol) -> send PUSP details to Paolo.
- Accounting: need acconting information to report back to VREs the infrastructure usage. Depending on access to this information (is API going to be available at the accounting portal?).
ACTION (Paolo) -> send a explanation of the use case and metrics needed in order to evaluate if they can be already gathered in EGI or if new developments/requirements need to be started in the accouting portal
Report from use cases status (Lino):
First SmarExecutor VM Image now available in AppDB, created following the guidelines, no use passwords, ssh keys or similar. Only a gCube user and tomcat running. Firewall also enabled.
ACTION (Enol) -> accept the image in the fedcloud VO
This image is to be used for the EGI CF tutorial.
ACTION (CNR): check the correct working of the images and contact Enol if there are any issues
Using production VO:
Currently using fedcloud.egi.eu to access resources, should move to a production VO.
ACTION(Enol)-> check VO support in EGI and how to proceed with the creation of the VO
Further discussion on the future creation of a SLA for the iMarine/D4Science
ACTION(Matthew/Mal) -> start the preparation of a SLA with the community
