General rules for the development activities:
- RT tickets: an RT tickets can be closed only after the test is completed and the ticket creator agrees that the new feature is now available or the bug is fixed. Feedback of the ticket creator must be recorded in the same ticket.
- Testing: Each accounting portal feature should be tested in the following for browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer. The Acc Portal team could ask the collaboration of EGI Operations to verify some features.
- Releases: a release process must be implemented. For each release must be available the software package and the related release note. Releases should be recorded in the wiki: https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/Accounting_Portal
- Procedure to move a new release in production: https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/PROC23

High priority tasks:
1) Each accounting portal page should shortly describe how the data showed are computed and what they represent. RTs: 11479
2) The online guide should describe the meaning of each option in all the portal views. RTs: 11478
3) Fix all the identified bugs. RTs: 11491, 11480, 11334, 11042, 11009, 10980, 10159
4) Feedback should be collected for all the tickets currently opened in RT (e.g. WLGC tickets) to verify if they have been already satisfied. Feedback should be recorded in RT. RTs: 11426, 11425, 11424, 11423, 11422, 11421, 11375, 11336, 11335, 10890, 10875
5) The accounting portal top menu has to be aligned with Service Portfolio terminology: https://rt.egi.eu/rt/Ticket/Display.html?id=11485, 11486, 11483, 10156

7) Update documentation in the wiki: https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/Accounting_Portal. RTs: 8824.

Action on Ivan: define the text to descriptive text for point 1) and 2) in a document. Review this document with the Acc Repo team.
