The next 3 months of the project will be busy with each WP responsible for at least one or more deliverables. The timescale for delivering these is very tight as they have to be shipped to the external reviewers. Review the ToC and current status of the deliverables.

The review will be held on the 30th June and 1st July. See an example timetable https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/EC_Review_Planning for us to iterate on. Need to agree a structure for each presentation (intro slide, WP objectives, activity, key results, etc.) Make note of the rehearsals in June. Discuss who you will need to be present from amongst your activities.

Staff are now in place to start developing the metrics portal. One aspect are the manual metrics we collect. They have identified these in the attached document and would like each activity to priortise the work and declare if the metrics is collected once centrally or multiple times (e.g. from each NGI).
