Strategic Discussion:

There is general consensus in focussing the event on user communities. One of the important topics is FAIR. The other major topic is support to users via interoperable infrastructures.
On the Program and Program Committee (PC):

We agreed we should not run more than 3 tracks in parallel, to avoid people´s dispersion.
We will adhere to the previous practice of keeping one representative per e-infrastructure
in the Program Committee (EGI, EUDAT, INDIGO, GEANT, PRACE, OpenAIRE + ?).
We need feedback from the experience of past years PC so as to include people that were particularly active and committed.
Upcoming actions:
— Open doodle for next meeting for the interval: 8th March — 14th of March (action on Isabel)
— Use previous DI4R google document as a basis for brainstorming for this year event (action on ALL).
