The session is intended to discover the requirements for monitoring in
the "VM world", and identify what gaps exist in being able to do that
monitoring.

We will start first by identifying the rationales for monitoring in
the VM world, then collecting requirements on what should be monitored
(to solve the specified problems), and cataloguing which facilities
and techniques are available to do this monitoring.

Participation is expected by all participants in this session.  It's a
WORKshop, not a lecture ... If you just want to read your mail,
probably better to sit in the lobby :-)
