Description
The purpose of this workshop is:
To review the order management and customer relationship process, related processes, policies and procedures.
To analyze the list of curent requirements of order management process to operational tools in WP5 involved in ordering procedures.
Establish interoperable data model and order management database schema.
To work on Marketplace and Service Order Management Back Office UX and connectivity to external Order Management System.
