The purpose of this workshop is:

  • To review the order management and customer relationship process, related processes, policies and procedures.
  • To analyze  the list of curent requirements of order management process to operational tools in WP5 involved in ordering procedures.
  • Establish interoperable data model and order management database schema. 
  • To work on Marketplace and Service Order Management Back Office UX and connectivity to external Order Management System.
