not so much to report, we found one bug on Centos wich might be interesting also for other people.
if we transmit big files we remain stuck without errors in the console, doesn't matter which tool, segmentation or loading problem

Robert mentioned the bug he found and the transfer issue we had moving files from Sara to BSC.
not sent email to Jhon, I want this particular bug to be fixed and tested and we can split this to the higher level.
We want to setup an interactive section with surfsara and BSC to check data replciation is on place

Comp-biomed community is very interested for data intensive applications, a use case currently ongoing is to transfer data from clinical or hospital to a cluster,...
analyse data and send report back, interesting to see how they need to connect to the workflow to set it up, researchers have provided the connection from the hospital to the hpc center.
We have a sort of taking care to replicate this to preserve data, scale computing power or simply sharing data. What comes into picture is that clinical data should be processed and handled in this setup, considering legal and policy aspects.
Michele will send the CINECA policy for hpc users and explained the CINECA model also for the GDPR.
