This workshop serves as a follow-up to the formal EOSC-hub SMS internal audit that took place 6-10 July 2020.

Given the results of the audit as well as the extension of the project, this workshop was seen as an opportunity to:

• Review progress of audit findings
• Plan short-term actions for project end
• Prepare for final project reporting with handover recommendations for the EOSC Future project

• General introduction to the workshop
• Provide a summary of the July 2020 internal audit
• Offer space to have a roundtable discussion from all of the participants

12:00 → 12:45 Lunch Break

12:45 → 14:00 Information Security Management (ISM)

14:00 → 14:45 Coffee/Tea Break

14:45 → 16:00 Service Portfolio Management (SPM)

• The EOSC service portfolio was a key topic of the audit and continues to be the driving interface with other processes
• SLM aspects should be covered during the session

16:15 → 17:00 Wrap up / Next day overview

• Summarize the topics and actions resulting from the day
• Provide an overview and plans for the last half-day of the workshop

Thursday, 17 December

09:30 → 10:45 Other Process Interfacing and improvements

The first day discussed several topics individually, where this session is to provide space to discuss other processes that are either directly connected to the previous day processes e.g. interfaces or to discuss other processes and finding from the audit report.

10:45 → 11:15 Coffee/Tea Break

11:15 → 12:30 Planning and Recommendations

One of the main outputs of this workshop should be updated short-term action plans as well as defining key recommendations for EOSC Future.
