*What is a relation between RIP OLA and RC OLA?*

Generally, I can see two options:

A1: RIP OLA relates to (additional) services that are operated by RIP in
purpose of integrating RC's services/resources (delivered according RC
OLA) into EGI Infrastructure.

A2: RIP OLA relates to the whole RIP Infrastructure (including RCs)
which is integrated into EGI Infrastructure.

I believe clarification on this point let us better understand what are
the relations between EGI, RIPs, RCs and who is responsible for what,
and finally, help us decide what RIP OLA should include.

For me A1 suggests the model in which EGI integrate RCs directly and
RIPs are used as additional actors that maintain those RCs. On other
hand, A2 suggests that EGI is a collaboration of RIPs which in turn is
collaboration of RCs. Personally, I prefer the latter, hierarchical
model. I believe it's also closer to idea of EGI.eu.

Also, to understand better why/what kind of OLA we need, it is
convenient to think what will be the results of singing such agreement.
In case RC OLA, signing (or other way to consider OLA active) means that
the RC is certified in the production infrastructure (under specific
RIPs). Analogically, signing RIP OLA should result in considering the
RIP as active entity in EGI.
