Operational tools and processes - NGIs reports and discussion

Description
The session is a meeting point for the 'EGI Operation Managers', the operational representatives from all national infrastructures (NGIs) represented in EGI. The session is open to all conference attendees who want to learn about EGI/NGI operational tools and practices.
The focus of the meeting will be on the tools and processes used in EGI for federated service delivery.
The EGI Service Delivery and Information Security team recently created the NGI Liaison role to have 1-to-1 meetings with the NGIs representatives. During 2022 feedback has been gathered by the liaisons from the NGIs over a number of service operation topics, such as feedback on EGI operational tools, processes, NGIs operations and resources status, pritority user communities, the usage and issues with the EGI Core Services.
During this session a brief report about the outcome of these meetings will be provided, and some NGIs representatives will share their experience and provide a status about their national infrastructures.
