  Many RCs are still registered in GOCDB as suspended or candidate since 2010. It is time to clear the status of those RCs. PROPOSED PLAN: - all NGIs to clear the status of suspended/candidate sites by the end of 2011 (Dec 31 2011): sites are either certified or closed 2. If there are technical reasons for asking an extension of this deadline to complete the certification/closure of the site, a GGUS ticket has to be submitted to COD 3. Starting from 01 January 2012, sites to which BOTH of the following conditions apply, will be closed by COD: A- site entered suspension/candidate status BEFORE 01 June 2011 B- no ticket was sent to COD to request an extension of the deadline The lis of suspended and candidate sites is available at: https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/Performance
