Release plans:
- UMD4: second week of April
- UMD5: second half of May


Maarten: we are receiving questions about why there is no EL9 middleware for UMD4
it would be desirable to anticipate UMD5
there are a lot of complaints about UMD4 not updated since more than an year
it is not a good advertisement (people is also looking for alternatives)

Suggested to speed-up the creation of UMD5 by including what is available on EPEL repo
