Description
EGI has organised a two day workshop that brings together the members of the Federated Cloud Task Force together with representatives from user communities who are interested in adopting EGI's Cloud Infrastructure platform.
This will be a two day event, located in Amsterdam, which will start late-morning on 12 July and finish at lunchtime on Friday 13th in order to allow participants to travel and only have to spend 1 night in Amsterdam. We are aiming for a 'plugfest' approach - testing interoperability of FedCloud solutions with real use cases.
The event is an opportunity to bring together representatives from user communities with the technology experts. We will provide video conference facilities on the Thursday so that people can participate with out having to travel to The Netherlands. Unfortunately, this is not possible on the Friday. The agenda will be arranged to accommodate this.
For further information please contact ucst@egi.eu (User Community Support Team)
Please register if you would like to participate in the PlugFest either in person or via video. Could you also email ucst@egi.eu to confirm whether you will be using the video link or attending in person so that we know for catering purposes.
Thank you.
