The meeting will be conducted via Webex (details included beneath) and is scheduled for 90 minutes. Should problems occur with Webex, Michal will switch to Skype (Skype ID: miturala).

2. Organisation of the review process (I would suggest that all of us send our comments to the EGI “contact person”, who will assemble them in a single document and transfer to the authors),
3. Distribution of work on Editorial sections (perhaps an English member of our team could take such task, as they have to be “in English”…),
4. Discuss the high quality editorial work: do we have some capacity in our labs or do we have to go to an editing office?, what would be the time scale?, when could we expect first design/ layout?, how much it will cost?, etc.

1. Michal had collected 3 contributions (Auger and Fusion from Isabel; CTA – via Luciano). Two more (COMPCHEM and EMSO) are due in from Italy; further inputs due from France (LIFESCIENCE) and UK (VPH).
2. Discussed the need to work with authors on more unified format during the editorial process. The idea is that EGI SC members will read the contributions and send their comments to EGI “contact persons”.
Action1_26042013: Michal to assemble and distribute to EGI SC team a simple list of projects and corresponding “EGI contact persons”.
3. Distribution of work means that EGI's DocDB should be used as the repository for the many versions of the document and supporting material.
Action2_26042013: Richard will organize EGI DocDB; Michal will send him the first contributions,
Action3_26042013: Michal will ask Audrey Gerber for help in perfecting the English in the document.
4. Discussed but no resolution; Michal is having discussions with Cyfronet (PL) people.
Action4_26042013: Michal to conclude discussions on assembling the EGI SC document at Cyfronet
5. Could potentially have a further teleconference in 2 weeks time but agreed that we should first be content with the individual inputs and the initial version of compiled document.
