- CA deployment: Nagios/SAM probes need to be updated before broadcast to production sites.
To summarize CA changes:
- the problem is propagation of new version of SAM CA check over NGI

- the proposed solution is to have script which will automatically
calculate age of CA dist on nodes based on some online page (e.g. file
with the latest version & release date)
- in addition - add further checks for CA validity (e.g. fingerprints or
hashes of CAs which should be there)
