Do you like running with a group and having fun?

Let's meet at 7.00 am at Senate Square (Senaatintori) on Wednesday 21 May.

Before the run (~7:10 am) we will take a group photo to not forget this experience.

We start running at 7:20 am sharp.

The Run EGI is free and we welcome all runners, from beginner to advanced.

Please register for the Run EGI so that we know how many of you will come.

 

Those who register before 28.04 will get Occasion Shirt.
 

The Run

The route is approximately 5 km long and slow runners will take about 40 minutes to complete it. The route is available on the Run EGI map.

We will have pacers to guide the run. One pacer will accompany the last runner and at least one pacer will guide the main pack of the group.

You’re free to run faster than the pack, but make sure that you know the route.

Please come dressed and ready to run.

If you run with us, you will see beautiful part of Helsinki, make maybe new friends and enjoy your running even more.

Especially for locals but not only CSC has rented the saunas at Hotel Grand Marina (address: Katajanokanlaituri 7) which are available from 6-9.

Women will use hotel's regular sauna, and the reserved sauna is for men so you can come and go as you wish.
