ADMINISTRATIVE ASPECTS
- meetings of WP3.4 and WP4 will be oraganized bi-weeky
- agendas are available at: https://indico.egi.eu/indico/categoryDisplay.py?categId=179
- communication will be via the mailing list: Edison-wp4@list.uva.nl

The mailing list is currently complete. The subcontracting at FTK is just to pay costs of licensing, there is no people who will be subcontracted. FTK will be responsible of deployment activities of the on-line learning platform (educational material repository), these will start in Feb 2016. An example of tool is the one provided by the RUSH project (http://rageproject.eu/). The EDISON instance will initally be an empty wireframe, to be then populated with the BoK registry and other WP2 input

- BORO, report from T3.4
The educational material repository will be integrated with the federated cloud, this is an output expected already from WP3. Integration activities will also involve the course authoriting tool e.g. Moodle, material will be exportable from other Moodle systems like the FTK one into the EDISON one.

. Dedicated cloud sites, virtual appliances and software appliances on this infrastructure are listed here: https://appdb.egi.eu/store/vo/training.egi.eu (software appliance = virtual machine + cloudinit contextualisation script)

A meeting was organized this week with Carlo/ENG. The user experience of the current EGI training marketplace was evaluated, as well as other options like the OpenStack one, on-course, AppDB etc.

Boro: evaluation of need of drupal for the frontend (to be customized) and moddle for management of coruses. Matthias: according to FTK, the user interface of Moodle offers little customization flexibility. TYPO3 should be considered as possible alternative of Drupal.
