Matthew Viljoen (EGI.eu)

Present - Catherine Zwahlen (CZ), Huanxiang Lu (HL), Björn Hagemeier (BH)
,
Matthew Viljoen (MV)

Apologies - Lukasz Dutka (LD), Christian Bernardt (CB), Jeffrey Muller
(JM)

- CB had reported to MV prior to the meeting that further tweaks had been
made to their HBP data hosting and they are working on determining the
maximum number of users that currently be serviced, plus what is required
to scale up to 100 concurrent users.  CB is also compiling documentation
of their setup, as requested by MV.  New data had been copied across and
was awaiting testing.

- LD had reported to MV prior to the meeting that their HBP data hosting
continues to be running stabily and they are also working to determine
what is required to scale up to 100 concurrent users.

- MV said that that unfortunately both ALTASViewer test instance VMs running
on the EGI federated cloud had been inadvertantly deleted the previous
week due to an OpenStack misconfiguration (that has now been fixed and is
being checked on all fedcloud sites).  MV is in the process of setting up
replacment ATLASViewer visualization test instances, with help from
Michaël Dupont.

-> MV to restore ATLASViewer test instances on EGI fedcloud

- HL said that a futher 6 datsets had been transferred to EGI (INFN-Bari)
totalling approx. 2TB.  All present agreed that the same directory
structure should be replicated across all hosting sites to make it easier
to setup the viewing software.  The following structure was agreed:

/srv/data/HBP/stacks/...
             /templates/...

i.e. the data would be exposed by the imaging service as follows:

http://{host_fqdn}:8888/image/v0/api/bbic?fname=/srv/data/HBP/...

-> LD and CB to ensure all datasets are copied from INFN-Bari under the
~/data/HBP/ directory and that the hosted data follows the above
convention.

- The OpenIDConnect topic was discussed.  We are awaiting news from JM
about the release status.  The question of which components should
require authenticated access was discussed.  Our understanding was the
following:  1) The image service hosted at EGI will remain open for the
scope of the pilot.  This means that anyone with a link could potentially
obtain an image tile.  2) The visualization service hosted at HBP will
require authentication (e.g. username/password).  This authentication will
be developed by HBP.

-> CZ to verify with HBP management that the previous paragraph is acceptable
