2.1  cBioPortal replication

         Not present.

2.2  Marine metagenomics

• Flash talk about using MetaPipe in EGI Federated Cloud was given in Elixir-all-hands in  Rome.
• Meta-pipe development continues with Uversity of Tromsö, CSC and CESNET.
• CSC-based version will be used in a metagenimics course next week. This version is run in the users "local" cloud (local username and password are needed)
• CESNET developed their own version of the setup, based on Terraform
  and rOCCI. This is up and running in pilot mode in CESNET (Kimmo was
  able to launch the server). Tuning and bug fixing still needs to be
  done. In this approach the authentication is not cloud specific but is based on authentication through VO (Requires certificate, which cab be generated from ELIXIR
  Online CA.)

2.3  Insyght Comparative Genomics

•  Not present

2.4 PhenoMeNal project

• The project released the first release last week. We are trying to use at the EBI FedCloud site with Terraform
• RC and OLA documents: Need to be restructured to scope out the generic vs community specific requirements (and also in the policies). This is now the real blocker.
• EGI has initial suggestions how this could be set up ( More detail in the slides attached to the December meting minutes)

2.5  JetStream interoperability

• Not present.

• ELIXIR AAI training in Freiburg 4-5 April

• EGI Conference 2017: Catania, 9-12 May

  • Abstract submission dead line April 7th.
  • Early Bird registration closing
  • Kimmo will set up a doodle to arrenga
  • Kimmo give the Elixir CC presentation in the meeting. Focus will be in summing up the project.
