EOSC-hub T3.2 Stakeholder engagement call, 7/2/2018

- Stakeholder mapping table
- Gergely presented the current version and received comments to further expand it for the next call
- Call with T2.1 is planned for later in Feb - this expects to provide input on priorities on certain stakeholder groups
- Stakeholder DB structure and update process
- The mapping table will define owners for each stakeholder. T3.2 members will act as owners for 'ownerless' items
- Owners will be responsible for update as needed, but at least 1/month
- Cluster project proposals
- Gergely informed the group about ongoing activities with INFRAEOSC-04 cluster proposal --> Sara G. to check for an EOSC-hub online presentation template to be used for engagement with the proposals
- Events table:
