GTM1 (GoToMeeting)

This reoccurring meeting, held on a bi-weekly basis, aims to support WP9 management activities. Target participation is to have at least one representative from each partner that is contributing to the overall project and WP9 objectives i.e. EGI Foundation, CINECA, F6S, PSNC, UCL.

-8-18 May 2018: Draft content and identification of reviewers
--SH sent suggestion request to AMB
--WP9 partners to provide any names of potential external reviewers you think would be good
-19-20 May 2018: Conduct Internal Review
-21 May 2018: Send for external review
-01 Jun 2018: Reviewer feedback provided
-07 Jun 2018: Reviewer comments fixed and sent for confirmation/approval
-13 Jun 2018: Send for AMB/PMB feedback/approval
-22 Jun 2018: Our attempt to buffer for actual submission to EC
-25-29 June: Roberta to monitor submission for Sy who is on holiday
