Report from WP11 task leaders:

• T11.1:
  • New module for DRUPAL is available to invite training materials owners to update the uploaded training contents. The module can be configured to notify the owners. Testing are in progress in the new test environment provided by TRUST-IT (Action: Riccardo and Alessandro from TRUST-IT).
    TODO: Provide the SMTP settings for sending notifications (ACTION: Giuseppe, Malgorzata)
  • EOSC-hub training materials:
    • Provide an explaination text about what training material the users can find in the EOSC-hub trainng catalogue (ACTION: Riccardo).
    • Organize the list of training material in alphabetic order (investigate the possibility to use some pagination [1] (ACTION: Riccardo)
    • Perform a sanity and quality check of the materials published in the EOSC-hub catalogue (ACTION: Renè)
    • B2ACCESS and OIDC: The OIDC module used by Drupal is not compliant with B2ACCESS. Giuseppe to concat TRUST-IT and investigate the issue.
    • Feedback on training material: There is a text area to collect inputs from users, but to comment authentication is required. ACTION: disable authentication (Riccardo)
  • D11.1: provide a ToC and provide a draft by the 1st of Nov. for internal review (ACTION: Renè)
  • DI4R 2018:
    • Scheduled a meeting with Pedro Principe to discuss about the collaboration with the OpenAIRE-Advance project.
• T11.2:
  • Preparation of the training event on DMP during the DI4R 2018 conference.
    • 3 ppts, 2 DMP tools will be presented, final discussion
  • Helping WP7/8 members to better structure their DMPs for D1.5
  • Published a new item about the DMP in the EOSC-hub newsletter
• T11.3:
  • FitSM Foundation event after the DI4R 2018 conference.
  • 15 participants registered to the event
• T11.4:
  • Collecting training materials about common, federated, etc, services
  • In contact with Michele Punturo for the VIRGO school
  • Train the trainers webinar
