1. Workshop.
Tiziana is not able to come to the meeting. Yesterday Ron and Luuk had a meeting with Tiziana. Tiziana offered the suggestion to prepare the presentation herself and that someone else would give the presentation. Ron will ask Steven Newhouse to give the presentation.
Vera will update the information on the indico page regarding the training sessions.
Ron will ask the Turkish en German participants of the ROD workshop to prepare a presentation for the “setting up NGI operations” sessions.
2. EGI Tech forum.
Yesterday Luuk and Ron have asked Tiziana for a 1 hour documentation slot, a two hour ROD slot and three 1-2 hour training slots. Ron will update the excel sheet with the draft programme that Steven sent around.
3. From ROCs to NGIs
Marcin: All tickets have passed the stage of ROD certification (step G). Now need to setup their own nagios. The transition to the new nagios is tricky. When site is moved from ROC to NGI. The site should still stay in the ROC nagios until the NGI nagios box is certified. Otherwise the site would not be monitored for some time. Parent ROC is responsible for this ticket.
4. COD.
Site suspension. This was discussed by Luuk and Ron with Tiziana. Tiziana did not want a phone conf to discuss these matters but was in favor of automatic site suspension.
Site availability: Tiziana offered the idea of having nagios alarms which could be triggered when a site falls below the 75% threshold. The ROD team of a NGI can then open a GGUS ticket to this site where a site should comment on their low availability/reliability.
5. Documentation
Wiki pages now use the "Operations:" prefix
Moving old items from CERN to EGI: If relevant (i.e. items of last year of EGEE)

6. Nagios
Marcin will send Emir an email about the points he raised in his email, so that Emir nows which issues
are relevant for our meeting on 1/2 june.
7. AOB
Luuk will send en email tuesday to schedule a meeting on thursday. EVO or informal by presence in o-e-5 chat room is yet to be decided.
