A.) Report from Task Leaders:

T11.1:

• Deploy in the production portal the module to merge similar accounts.
  • ACTION: Riccardo to inform Alessandro from TRUST-IT.

T11.2:

• Preparation of a training session on the application of the “core requirements for data management plans” in collaboration with Science Europe.  Overall, the main objective is to stimulate the application of the core requirements for each research disciplines.
• ACTIONs:
  • Renè to prepare a short abstract about the event.
  • Giuseppe discuss with SaraG whether we can organize at the EOSC-symposium event in Budapest (26-28 November 2019) 
• Organization of the 2nd workshop on FAIR data in Vienna and submitted an abstract for the 3rd workshop in Porto.
   
• FREYA/EOSC-hub workshop in Amsterdam (09 July 2019):
  • The overall goal is to flag initiatives and training contents of common interest for the both projects.
     
• T11.3:
  • FitSM Foundation course organized during the EGI Conference 2019 (09 May)
    • 13 participants attended the session
  • EOSC DIH Webinar for CompBioMed (28 May at 15:00 CEST)
  • Upcoming events:
    • FitSM ADV SPD (17-19 June 2019)
      • 10 participants registered so far
    • FitSM ADV SOC (19-21 June 2019)
      • 8 participants registered so far
  • A total of 89 certificates have been issued by the CA.
  • TODO: Collect feedback about possible dates to organize additional FitSM training sessions. ACTION: Sy will send the invitation to collect expression of interests
     
• T11.4/T11.5:
  • Training sessions during the last EOSC-hub week.
  • Video tutorial developed by WP6 (https://jira.egi.eu/browse/EOSCQR-10) to demonstrate the data transfer across different infrastructures (e.g. EGI and EUDAT).
     
• EOSC-hub/OpenAIRE-Advance project:
  • JAM2.6 - First Summary Report of Joint Events (M18)
    • First draft is ready. Additional contributions are needed. Scheduled a meeting with Pedro Principle (OAA) this week.
    • ACTION: Cees to provide inputs in the report
       
• EOSC-hub first project review:
  • In Luxembourg (08-09 October 2019).
  • Reports have to be submitted by 31st of Aug.
