plans are:
switch to new sign key during May
release UMD4 update (next week)
prepare CMD new major with CentOS7 and Ubuntu 20 during May
start UMD5/CentOS7 with dry run and inclusion of first products (May)
StoRM: issue with JAVA and MySQL connector, timezone issue easy to fix in an upcoming version (in 1 week), worth waiting for releasing in UMD4; same issue in VOMS doesn't need a new release as it's configurable (StoRM hardcodes the value instead)
