• JP to have a look at the tickets in the EGI Software Provisioning Support Unit in GGUS

  • 8 tickets, 1 assigned, since october 2020, lot of pending stuff for the new UMD4 release

• Deploy a new UMD4 release to test the machinery

  • VS: ask Kostas if his repo key can still be shared for some time 

  • then, JP to prepare a new UMD4 release with APEL only

  • Deadline: URGENT

• JP to deploy a preproduction testbed mirroring the UMD repo, to properly test the switch to the new key

  • Deadline: end of May to have the new key working in production

• prepare new CMD

  • VS: close the survey https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1--DTA2sUShYlX8qJbGv6to0hFu5EG0GveC9Dx7Zztbo/edit#gid=0 with Ubuntu 20 and CentOS7, VS to send communication to operations to be forwarded through the proper channels

  • VS to update the wiki accordingly https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/Next_middleware_release 

  • JP: prepare the new major CMD

  • VS: ask Product Teams to provide the packages

  • Deadline: 2 weeks
