PROPOSAL
- this week: fix reported issues with LFC and DPM monitoring if possible
- 04-03-2013 change policy from WARNING to CRITICAL for all probes for which no issue is reported by Fri 01-03-2013, or for which issues are fixed
- after 04-03-2013: change from WARNING to CRITICAL probe policy as soon as issues are fixed
