Description
This presentation will show how the ESFRI LifeWatch is benefiting from the framework provided by EGI to setup services satisfying the researchers needs.
After introducing the LifeWatch initiative and in particular the details of its core-ICT, the talk will first show two examples demonstrating this interaction between LifeWatch and EGI.
Then a brief analysis of the services expected from EGI and also of the initial gaps identified will be presented.
Finally, the role of LifeWatch and EGI as relevant Research Infrastructures in the EU map including other Research Infrastructures, and also at global level, will be also discussed.
