• BBMRI_CZ summary of progress
  • proteomics workflow tested based on command-line tools (there are still some pending tools to be tested, but less critical)
  • next step is work between Ondrej Vojtisek and Boris Parak to deploy those tools on FedCloud + BiobankCloud
• KTH summary of progress
  • cluster running BiobankCloud at Karolinska is operational
  • Jim Dowling offered assistance with installing BiobankCloud at BBMRI_CZ - the process is can have some quirks
