Report from WP11 task leaders:

T11.1:

• Guidelines and best practices on training delivery are available in the WP11 wiki
• Performed the WP11 quality risk review with the quality manager
• Reviwed the WP11 budget report of the period M01-M06
  • Contacted the partners: CMCC, RBI, USE and SURFsara to provide an explaination about the effort declared.
• Update the WP11 KPIs and Metrics by the end of July 
• ACTION: kick-start JA2.2 collaboration with the OpenAIRE-Advance project (EGI)

T11.2:

• DI4R2018:
  • The abstract "Planning early, following through: Data Management Planning in EOSC" has been accepted 
• Upcoming event: Training of "EUDAT tools" (Part of "Train-the-trainer: Exploring tools fro FAIR data"), 17 Aug. 2018 [wiki]
• Working on a new article for the next EOSC-hub magazine
• Additional DMP training in the pipeline to organize with the OpenAIRE-Advance project
• ACTION (DANS-KNAW):
  • Set up and configure a B2DROP and B2SHARE instances to store training materials and assign a PID.
  • Think about the moderation process to periodically review the materials in the catalogue.
    • Proposal: Check whether the Drupal portal can send a notification to the owner of the training material after 1 year of the publication ,inviting to review/update the content (INFN, DANS-KNAW)

T11.3:

• 2 FitSM Foundation courses have been organized for the EOSC-hub project
• 1 joint FitSM Foundation course has been organized with the EOSCpilot project
• 1 FitSM Expert course has been organized for members of the EOSC-hub project
• DI4R 2018:
  • 1 FitSM Foundation training will be organized after the DI4R 2018 conference (on Friday 12 Oct.)
• ACTION: Ask EOSC-hub WP leaders whether it is possible to collocate an additional FitSM Foundation course with WP workshops by the end of this year (EGI)
