Description
This session would provide an opportunity for EGI and collaborating NGIs, EIROs, DCI projects and others to present their latest research, developments, findings, visions in the virtualization and cloud computing area.
This would be an opportunity to set out the EGI federated virtualized infrastructure vision to a wider technical audience, and for technology providers to indicate how they are addressing the challenges.
Possible presentations:
* EGI federated virtualized infrastructure vision and update
* StratusLab cloud operations including experiences operating grid sites
* StratusLab technology update
* Venus-C update
* Scientific use of cloud resources
