Impact
The goal of this workshop is to bring together a large SA2 audience to discuss the necessary steps to prepare for the future changes. The nature of the proposed changes require that SA2 at large understands the impact, and by holding a F2F meeting facilitates commitment of all SA2 members in support of the EGI community.

Conclusions
The proposed SA2 F2F meeting will play an important role in the decision making process that influence the mode of operation of SA2 for the coming years. Large attendance and understanding of the issues at hand is critical for SA2 and therefore co-locating with the Community Forum enables Work Package members to attend the meeting without putting additional burden on the travel budget of the EGI-InSPIRE project.
Description of the Work
The EGI-InSPIRE Work Package 5 is facing an important evolution at about the middle of the project’s duration at a scale similar to the work that needed to be done to prepare for the first major EMI 1 release in mid-May 2011. A general F2F meeting is required to work out the details of several important issues related to regular UMD release publication, and the integration of services that relate to the EGI Federated Clouds Task Force.
