EGI is a grid computing infrastructure which encompasses more than 330 resource centres across 50 countries, supporting different grid middleware stacks and interoperating with peer grid infrastructures in various regions: Asia Pacific, South Africa, North America and Latin America. Ferrari presents the EGI operations governance, the operations service catalogue focusing on the tools supporting day-by-day operations, the systems for federated monitoring and accounting, the helpdesk, and the common policies and procedures supporting the collaboration across EGI.
