- A discussion of support process and ticket system overviews (XSEDE uses RT) and how to integrate or coordinate tickets (help/trouble requests)
- Overview of XSEDE resource allocation and brainstorming on how we might coordinate an XSEDE-EGI-OSG allocation
- XSEDE Accounting system overview and discussion of whether there is a need to exchange accounting information
- Potential services for interfacing to compute and storage resources (UNICORE, Globus Online, GridFTP, etc.)
- Authentication overview and integration (Globus PKI for example).
