Overview
NGI_IBERGRID is the EGI operations representative for the Spanish and
Portuguese NGIs integrating under the same operation body all Iberian
resources. It follows an operation model where the majority of the EGI
national tasks are shared between the two countries, and where the ROD
work is no exception. In this presentation we will describe the
NGI_IBERGRID ROD operation model which special emphasis on the
operation of the regional tools, like the dashboard and nagios, on
operational protocols on handling alarms originated from regional
sites, and on how regional operation procedures are followed to be
compliant with EGI operation guidelines.
