Federated Cloud User Support meeting

Description
This is a regular, bi-weekly teleconference for those who provide support for users and use cases with the EGI Federated Cloud infrastructure. The meeting is coordinated by the EGI.eu User Community Support Team and involves participants from several NGIs and EGI-related projects. The goals of the meeting are: 1. Provide updates about currently supported use cases 2. Highlight new use cases and allocate resources for support 3. Discuss centrally provided user support services (high level tools, guides, etc.) 4. Identify bottlenecks, issues and opportunities for improving user support 5. Receive updates from the EGI Federated Cloud Task Force and EGI Operations teams 6. Prepare feedback and requirements for the EGI Federated Cloud Task Force and EGI Operations Agenda: 1. Slides
Use cases table/wiki page (Nuno):
- Keep separate tables for key statuses (not 8, but less tables)
    * Add status-specific columns into the tables (e.g. how the use cases use the FedCloud; Open requirements; Achievements-outcomes, etc.)
- Add the date of registration to the tables

Use cases
Diego:
- Complete  the RP's maximum VM size table with Malgorzata --> See if there is any RP that can support the
- Describe the open requirements of the use cases in the Wiki
- There are 4 use cases that need supporters - Diego to send an email about these to the FCUS email list with basic info about the support these need
IFNFN-BARI
- Marica to check the list of use cases in the wiki, and add any missing use case that they support
- Diego and Gergely to initiate pay-for-use engagement between INFN-BARI and the READemption use case (that requires >=70GB RAM)
CESGA
- supports BIOVEL and DIRAC cases, and interested to support new ones
- interested in bringing their Hadoop use case to the FedCloud - talk to Javier Lopez Cacheiro to prepare a roadmap (steplist) about what needs to be done to get this use case on the FedCloud in a reusable/generic way
LIP
- FedCloud site just got certified
- Local users are coming, as soon as plans for the use cases
Malgorzata
- New use cases from ESA-ENVRI is under discussion. As soon as this plans are defined, this will be added to the wiki. It's about operating a portal in the cloud, so we should learn from similar use cases from the past

High-level tools:
Zoltan Farkas (WS-PGRADE)
- FedCloud integration has been tested. Work with Gergely to finalise the guide for users, and make this available in the wiki
Boris (jclouds)
- Started integrating jclouds with the EGI FedCloud. This will be completed around the end of this year.
- Even if it's an ongoing project, it should be made visible in the wiki --> Add jclouds as a new high level tool into the wiki

FedCloud Task Force:
- New rOOCI client release is now available. It's not a critical update, unless a user needs the new features. More info at https://appdb.egi.eu/store/software/rocci.cli.
- Gergely and Diego to decide how to keep users informed about similar updates in the infrastructure. E.g. create a new email list for EGI FedCloud Users? 

Wiki access:
- Malgorzata and Gergely to make the https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/Fedcloud-tf:Users page and subpages editable by members of fc-usersupport@mailman.egi.eu SSO group
