Description
USAG is a forum to discuss the development direction and plans of user-related tools developed for the European Grid Infrastructure community within the EGI-InSPIRE project. Further information: https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/USAG

The development directions must be driven by the requirements and recommendations collected from user communities. USAG helps the EGI User Community Board to make informed decisions when it ratifies the development plans of user tools. Comments/questions/material to Maria Dimou (CERN.CH) (USAG Secretary).

The meeting is held as an EVO meeting.

      Reports on the status and plans for each of the user services
      * Training services (STFC) * Application Database (IASA) * VO services (Ibergrid) * GGUS helpdesk (GGUS team, KIT) * Operations Portal (developer team) The presentations should be 10mins-long. Another 10 minutes is allocated after each presentation for discussion. The presentations should focus on (ideally 1 slide on each topic): - current status of the tool - requirements for further development (focus areas of development) - status of implementing new features - plans for testing, releasing, dissemination (and training)
