      Ops portal release on Nov17
update on NA3 tests - see document and summary: - I provided feedback on the CIC portal to Cyril in July, when I took over the VO registration task from RAG. - The CIC team released the Operations Portal on the 11th of October without asking the UCST to test. - UCST tested the portal, sent feedback and bug list back to Cyril in October. - We are waiting for the updates to validate them and then mark the Portal tested.
