Description
The EOSC-hub project will integrate and offer a list of customer-facing/supporting services and improved software products. Processes, roles/responsibilities and tools need to be defined to manage the lifecycle of the services and products. The goal of this session is to:
- Clarify roles/responsibilities and interfaces for managing the service portfolio and service catalogue of the project
- Discuss (initial) decision making process
- Provide an overview of the existing know-how (e.g. definition of processes, templates) and supporting tools (e.g. Confluence)
- Define a plan to establish the service portfolio and service catalogue management, and the product catalogue for the project
