The EOSC-hub General Assembly will take place in the same venue of DI4R, on the Monday before the event starts. The General Assembly is an event restricted to official representatives of the EOSC-hub partners, their deputies or nominated substitutes.

FitSM Foundation Training and Certification

The EOSC-hub project is supporting the delivery of a free, one-day Foundation level training in FitSM - an open, lightweight standard for professionally managing services. The course provides an agnostic introduction to the basic IT service management concepts and terms, outlines the purpose and structure of FitSM and its relationship to other standards, and details the formal requirements defined within it. In addition, participants have an opportunity to receive a formal certification backed by certification authority ICO-Cert for anyone successfully passing the exam.
