Description
The support that EGI is able to provide its users is changing. Centrally managed, supported and delivered user-oriented services available for all are likely to be a thing of the past. What services are needed specifically by the different user communities and which services need to be provided by the infrastructure to enable consistent collaboration? And how are the services used directly by the user community going to be supported?
