a) All internally developed software is licensed under the Apache 2.0 license.
b) The copyright remains with the legal (institute, foundation) or natural entity (individual person) as applicable.
c) All internally developed software shall be maintained and developed with an SCM in place, such as SVN.
d) Each artefact that is stored in the SCM that is source code, a script, etc. shall be prepended with the following comment (appropriately decorated with the target language comment marks) prologue:
